hello, great hack :) since you know electronics I have one question I have eachine e58 drone without controller, i use my phone and it is noooot good!!! I bought e88 model which has controller, it says it is 2.4 ghz and I thought maybe I could use it on e58 drone since they use the same one with 2.4ghz, but it does not connect. Do you have nay thoughts on how to resolve this? Thank you

Thanks for the review! It's unfortunate that there's no torque limit in reverse mode. Most of the time we can use that mode to determine the torque at which it was originally assembled, especially on sensitive material e.g. electronics (obvious examples are HDD, Laptop elements, etc.)

Have you noticed any weird issues using eneloop rechargeable with the remote over regular alkaline? You can easily pull those cell carriages apart and put your own cells in them, just got to solder the plus and minus into the propel PCB

Mine used to failsafe, and I discovered that it was due to the firmware version. If you turned off the voice module the problem went away! It was fixed on a later update!

I would have set the throttle so that it hovered at the desired height and then played with it so that you are not on and off the throttle so much and flying wild.

I like your video. I have had 2 of the same drones and I like to tinker with my RC helicopters and drones. I have a couple electric motors that I got out of a old power wheels truck that I would like to do something with. Have you ever used anything like that on a drone or plane?
